INFRACON Ltd is a project-management and engineering consulting firm founded in 2014, following the dissolution of its predecessor, Romana Consulting Engineers, established in 2003. We serve government agencies, multilateral institutions, NGOs, the private sector and individuals.
In 2020 the company diversified into food processing, commissioning a state-of-the-art maize-milling plant and corn-snack line on Mchinji Road, 30 km from Lilongwe's CBD — today run as Pure Foods Limited alongside its farming arm, Majestic Farms Limited.

INFRACON maintains membership with reputable local and international bodies — the National Construction Industry Council (NCIC), the Malawi Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MCCCI), and FIDIC through ACEM. Our engineers are active members of the Malawi Institution of Engineers, the Board of Engineers and the Project Management Institute.
